Reviews
Reviews help the community book with confidence. Only people who stayed or joined an experience through agiltrip can leave one.
How they work
- After checkout, guest and host have 14 days to review each other.
- Both reviews are published together, once both are submitted or the deadline passes, so nobody writes in response to the other.
- A listing’s overall rating is the average of its published reviews.
What’s not allowed
- Fake reviews, reviews from people who didn’t stay, or reviews given in exchange for perks.
- Discriminatory or offensive content, personal information, or content unrelated to the stay.
- If a review breaks these rules, report it from the listing or contact support for a review.
