Payments and payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe to PCI security standards. agiltrip never stores your card details.
For guests
- We accept credit and debit cards from the major networks.
- You're charged when the booking is confirmed (or when the host accepts, for requests).
- A receipt is available for every trip, ready to print or save as PDF.
For hosts and co-hosts
- In Earnings, add how you want to get paid (Pix, IBAN, US bank account or bank account in another country) and your withdrawal currency.
- Earnings become available 1 day(s) after check-in (or after the service date). Request a withdrawal whenever you like and our team sends the money to your account.
- Co-hosts receive their agreed share directly; co-host shares can total up to 50% per listing.
- Penalties and damage reimbursements are deducted automatically from future payouts.
Fees
- Guest: 10% service fee.
- Stay host: 3%.
- Experiences and services: 15%.
- Partner resale: commission set by the offer owner, up to 40%.
